International
We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom. For all international destinations, there are no additional charges on delivery — all applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs fees are either included in your order total or prepaid on your behalf.

United States
Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable US import duties and customs fees are prepaid on your behalf — you will not receive any additional charges at the time of delivery.
New Zealand & Singapore
No additional duties or taxes will be charged on delivery for orders at our standard price points.
United Kingdom
All prices displayed in GBP include UK VAT at 20%. No additional charges will be applied on delivery.
Processing Times
Standard retail orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Wholesale orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, depending on order size.
All personalised orders are individually hand-stamped by our team, which requires additional processing time. We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 3 business days, extending to up to 5 business days during peak periods. You will be notified if your order takes longer than 3 business days.

Holidays and Peak Periods
During busy holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances — such as extreme weather — delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, industrial action, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of shipment. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Items confiscated by customs authorities
- Damage or loss occurring after successful delivery
- Circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or civil unrest
- Orders shipped to unserviceable locations
- Untracked shipments where tracking was declined at the time of order
