Returns & Care

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, resaleable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Proof of purchase is required.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For items covered under warranty, we take care of return shipping. To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact form or via your Order Confirmation email with your order number, photos of the items, and your reason for return.

Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged - personalised items are made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold.

How should I care for my compression packing cubes?

For minor marks, spot clean with a damp cloth. For a thorough clean, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and air dry completely. Caveri cubes can also be machine washed cold in a delicates bag on a delicate cycle - but never put them in the tumble dryer, as heat can compromise the zippers and the water-resistant fabric coating. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.

How do I care for personalised items?

For personalised products, spot cleaning or hand washing is recommended to preserve the foil stamp. The foil stamp is a permanent finish, but harsh chemicals, machine washing, and the dryer can cause it to rub off over time.
