This Privacy Policy explains how Caveri collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the Caveri Affiliate Programme, and the rights you have over your data.

This policy is operated by LKT Group Pty Ltd, trading as Caveri (“Caveri”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It applies to affiliates who join our Programme and to the data generated through your participation. Our Affiliate Programme is powered by BixGrow, a third-party application, whose own privacy practices are described in the section below and continue to apply to its processing of your data.

By participating in the Affiliate Programme, you agree to this Privacy Policy together with our Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions. You must not access or use the affiliate marketing system if you do not agree to this Privacy Policy. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for functional, legal or regulatory reasons, and your continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Information We Collect from Affiliates

When you apply for and take part in the Programme, we collect information including your name, email address, payment details (such as your PayPal account), and the website or social media details you provide. We use this information to assess your application, to manage your participation, to pay your commission, and to contact you where necessary.

Information Collected Through the Programme

When a customer follows your affiliate link and places an order, the system collects information about that sale — such as the order amount, items, and order ID — in order to track conversions and calculate your commission. This data is processed to operate the Programme and verify referrals.

Cookies and Tracking

We and our affiliate platform use cookies and similar tracking technologies to attribute referrals, analyse activity, and operate key features of the Programme. Cookies are small files placed on a device that help record information such as referral source and pages visited. We recommend leaving cookies enabled, as tracking — and therefore commission attribution — relies on them. We cannot track, or pay commission on, the activity of a customer who blocks or clears their cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information described above to operate and improve the Affiliate Programme, including to verify your identity and application, communicate with you, process and pay commission, detect and prevent fraudulent or prohibited activity, provide support, and comply with our legal obligations.

The BixGrow Platform

Our Affiliate Programme is operated using BixGrow, a third-party affiliate marketing application that processes personal information on our behalf as part of providing the service. BixGrow collects and processes data relating to merchants, affiliates and referred customers in order to run the affiliate system, including registration details, payment information, and sale and conversion data. BixGrow’s handling of this information is governed by its own privacy policy, which continues to apply alongside this one. How We Disclose Personal Information

We value your privacy and do not sell your personal information. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf — such as our affiliate platform (BixGrow), our ecommerce platform (Shopify), and our payment provider (PayPal) — and only to the extent necessary for them to perform those functions in line with this policy. We may also disclose personal information where required to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, or enforce our terms and protect our rights.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain your personal information for as long as needed to operate the Programme, pay and reconcile commission, comply with our legal and taxation obligations, and resolve any disputes.
