We want you to love your Caveri gear. If something isn't right, we've made it straightforward to return, exchange, or get a refund.

Our Promise to You

  • 30-day return window - You have 30 days from purchase to initiate a return
  • Lifetime warranty - We stand behind our quality with a limited lifetime warranty against defects
  • Simple process - Returns are as easy as we could make them

How Returns Work

What We Need From You

  • Items must be in their original, resaleable condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required - we can also verify this in our system

Shipping Fees

  • Change of mind or wrong size - Return shipping is at your cost, which helps us keep our prices fair
  • Damaged items under warranty - We'll cover return shipping
  • Declined returns - Shipping fees will be deducted from your refund

The Return Process

1. Start Your Return

  • Email us at from your Order Confirmation email, with your order number and the item/s you're returning
  • Include clear photos of the items with their tags
  • Let us know the reason for your return - your feedback genuinely helps us improve

2. Ship It Back

  • We'll email you the correct return address - please don't send returns to the address on your original package - we do not accept returns to this address
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we're unable to process returns we don't receive
  • Share your tracking number with us for faster processing

3. Receive Your Refund

  • We'll inspect your return within 3 - 5 business days of receiving it
  • Once approved, we'll process your refund straight away
  • Allow 1 - 2 statement cycles for the credit to appear on your bank account or credit card

Special Situations

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Here's the quickest way:

  1. Place a new order for the item you'd like - so you don't miss out
  2. Return the original item following the steps above
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return

Cancellations

  • Not yet shipped - We'll cancel and refund you in full
  • Already shipped - Follow the return process once it arrives

Promotional Orders

  • Returns from promotional purchases will be prorated
  • Refund amounts will reflect any discounts applied to the original order

Personalised Orders

Personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. As each item is custom-made to your specifications, we're unable to resell or restock these products.

If you have concerns about your personalised item before it's dispatched, contact us from your Order Confirmation page or from our Contact Us page within 24 hours of your order confirmation and we'll do our best to help.

Still Waiting on Your Refund?

  1. Check your bank account first - sometimes it's there but easy to miss
  2. Contact your credit card company to check whether it's still processing
  3. Still nothing? Email or Contact us and we'll sort it out
