At Caveri, we build gear to last. Not just for your next trip - for every journey ahead. That's why our compression packing cubes comes backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty: a genuine commitment to stand by the quality of what we make, and the people who travel with it. All other products and accessories are covered by the standard 12 month warranty.
What's Covered
We've got your back if:
- There's a flaw in materials or workmanship
- Your gear stops working - fully or partially - due to normal use
What's Not Covered
- Wear and tear from regular use (scratches, dings, and stains are part of the journey)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorised alterations
- Personalisation finishes, including foil stamping - these decorative elements may naturally fade or wear with regular use, which is considered normal wear and tear
The Fine Print
While we design our gear to last for decades, "lifetime" is legally defined as 5 years from your original purchase date.
Repair or Replace?
Depending on the situation, we'll repair your product, replace it, or - if it's been discontinued - offer store credit toward a current collection piece of equal value.
Fair Use
- Warranty claims do not cover lost or stolen items
- We reserve the right to decline claims resulting from misuse
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims
Personalisation Warranty
Our lifetime warranty covers the durability and construction of your Caveri product but does not extend to personalisation finishes such as foil stamping. Foil stamps may naturally fade or wear with regular use and are not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend handling personalised products with care to help preserve the finish.
Liability
Our gear is built to go the distance - but please use common sense. This warranty does not cover personal injury or any collateral damage arising from product use.
Policy Updates
We may update these terms from time to time as we continue to improve. Any changes will not affect the warranty terms that applied at the time of your original purchase.
