How long does it take?
We aim to have personalised orders stitched and dispatched within 3 business days. From time to time, we may have issues with the machine which may result in delays, we will notify you as soon as possible in this instance.
Can I change the thread colour?
Yes. Depending on your product colour we may suggest an alternative — some combinations don't have enough contrast, and the embroidery gets lost. If we think there's a better option we'll come back to you before we start.
How many characters can I have?
Up to 12, including spaces. Names longer than that don't sit well at the size we're working with.
Can I have a name on my toiletry bag?
Yes — a name only on the toiletry bags due to space constraints.
Can I choose different fonts and icons for different products?
Yes. Add the product, font and icon for each piece in the order notes.
For a set, many people keep the same name and font throughout and give each piece its own icon.
Will I see a preview before you stitch?
We're a small studio, so we're not able to send individual previews. Instead, every icon we offer is shown as a real stitched photograph rather than a drawing or render — so what you see on this page is exactly how yours will look, depending on the final colors.
The same goes for the fonts. If you're torn between two, send us a message and we'll help you choose.
What if the icon I want isn't listed?
Tell us what you had in mind and we'll do our best to make it. We can't promise every request, but we'd definitely do our best.
Can I personalise a gift?
Absolutely — it's one of the nicest things you can do with these. Just make sure you have the spelling right, since we can't change it afterwards.
Can I add personalisation to an order I've already placed?
Get in touch as soon as you can. If we haven't started, we'll usually be able to add it.
Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
Personalised pieces are made just for you, which means we can't resell them. Once we've started work on your order, we're not able to offer a refund or exchange. Do double-check your spelling before you order — we stitch exactly what you give us.
