What’s Covered
We’ve got your back if:
• There’s a flaw in materials or workmanship (we’re only human, but we promise to fix it!)
• Your gear stops working entirely or partially due to normal use

What’s not covered:
• Battle scars (scratches, dings, or stains from your adventures)
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorised alterations to the products

The Fine Print (Without the Fuss)
While we design our gear to last decades, legally, we define “lifetime” as 5 years from your purchase date.

Repair or replace?
We’ll repair, replace, or—if discontinued—offer credit toward a current collection piece of equal value.

Play fair, we trust you:
• No claims for lost/stolen items (keep them safe!)
• We reserve the right to decline claims from misuse (e.g., using backpacks as parachutes)
• Proof of purchase required (save that receipt!)

Keep It Real (Legal Bits)
Safety first: Our gear is built for life, but use common sense—we don’t cover injuries or collateral damage.

Policy Updates:
We might update terms to keep improving, but your original warranty stays intact.
