Processing Times

All retail orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Wholesale orders are procesed and dispatched within 1-3 days, depending on the size of the order, as larger orders can take a little longer to dispatch.

Holidays and Peak Events

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of shipment. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Damage or loss occurring after successful delivery
  • Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.)
  • Orders shipped to unserviceable locations
  • Untracked shipments (when tracking was declined)

We currently do not ship outside of Australia, however we are working on expanding our reach to other countries.
