Processing Times
All retail orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Wholesale orders are procesed and dispatched within 1-3 days, depending on the size of the order, as larger orders can take a little longer to dispatch.

Holidays and Peak Events
- During peak holiday seasons or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, there may be shipping delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or customs delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of shipment. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
We cannot be held responsible for:
- Items confiscated by customs authorities
- Damage or loss occurring after successful delivery
- Circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.)
- Orders shipped to unserviceable locations
- Untracked shipments (when tracking was declined)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship outside of Australia, however we are working on expanding our reach to other countries.
